Families Rising’s fall one-day conferences are right around the corner! Up first: Fetal-Alcohol Spectrum Disorders. Because an estimated 70-80% of children who have been in foster care are living undiagnosed with FASD, and because most of us have been mislead about what FASD means for our children. Members pay just $80 for all four sessions!
