Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASDs) are a group of diagnosable medical conditions that can occur in a person who was exposed to alcohol before birth.
Effects are lifelong and can include mental health conditions, learning disabilities, sensory issues, and physical manifestations such as heart defects, hearing, visual impairments, and more.

Our Vision
An FASD-informed world where people living with FASD and prenatal substance exposure are recognized and supported.
Our Mission
FASD United empowers people living with FASD and prenatal substance exposure to educate systems of care and the public, enact policies, and unite communities everywhere.

FASD United expresses the compelling need to work together.
We are committed to growing and sharing the importance of recognizing and respecting FASD across unique sectors.
It is our drive for change and passion for people and families with FASD that allow us to champion this work and collaborate with diverse partners.

Advocacy, awareness, and education shape a movement.
FASD United takes 30+ years of experience and partnerships across public, tribal, and private sector communities, and puts it towards bridging the gaps between research, policies, practices, and living experiences.
We address the extraordinary complexities of FASD and PSE, while supporting and encouraging those living with them to reach their full potential.
