• Audiovisual (AV) Requirements (questions to be answered on Oxford portal): February 26, 2025
• Disclosure of Conflict of Interest form (Emailed to registration@fasdunited.org): February 26, 2025
• Conference Syllabus Presentation Summary (uploaded on Oxford portal): February 26, 2025
• Verify Speaker Bio: February 26, 2025
• (If applicable) Booking hotel rooms: February 26, 2025 or until availability
• (Only for plenary and oral papers) Uploading your on-site presentation: March 14, 2025
• Upload your slides for delegates to view post-conference: March 14, 2025 or after the conference
