Randy currently serves as the Interim General Manager at Legendary Waters Resort Casino. He is finishing up the two-year commitment that has given him the privilege of leading and enhancing operations, marketing strategy, and fiscal goals since November 2021. This marks his second contract with the resort, where he’s been instrumental in stabilizing processes and implementing a multi-department operational calendar to drive fiscal and property objectives the business hasn’t achieved in its 12 years of operation.

Alongside his role at Legendary Waters, Randy is the Owner of First Nations Business Solutions, an American Indian-owned and operated consultative agency based in Woodruff, WI. Within this capacity, and with strategic partnerships across the country, Randy specializes in Health Services and Revenue Management, Tribal economic development, business strategy, and Tribal operations and leadership development.

Additionally, to his decades of business experience from director to CEO roles, Randy has degrees in Organizational Leadership and Marketing while holding certifications in Strategic Marketing, Six Sigma, and Google E-Commerce. He’s humbled and excited to provide input and energy via the shared guiding values of FASD United over the course of his service to the organization and its benefactors.
