FASD United Welcomes New Affiliate Director: Musa Kamara

Musa Kamara has started as FASD United’s new Affiliate Director and we could not be more excited to welcome him.

Musa Kamara is a project management professional, social impact entrepreneur, and a student in the Pivot Program at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He was born in Freetown, Sierra Leone, and raised in Prince George’s County, Maryland. His fervent passion for bringing information and resources to underserved communities has been a guiding light.

As a board member for Project 232, Musa organized community events, developed programs, and led successful fundraising initiatives. Notably, he planned and executed four galas focused on social impact and community development, significantly increasing awareness.

In his free time, Musa enjoys reading, working out, traveling, and watching football (big Manchester City fan – Go Blue!). His favorite books include The 5 AM Club by Robin Sharma, The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, Contagious by Jonah Berger, and Ego Is the Enemy by Ryan Holiday.

Join us in welcoming Musa to FASD United and reach out to him with any inquiries related to the Affiliate Network. He is passionate about helping others and says he’s “excited to learn about the different organizations I will work with.”
