A Resource Created For and By Individuals with FASD.

What is it?
Work with yourself, not against. This guide is carefully crafted to be empowering, interactive, and useful. It is designed to help individuals with PAE recognize their worth and understand more about themselves and experiences with FASD.
Feel free to move around the guide in any order, taking what works and leaving what does not. This is a tool, not homework.
The guide is split into two sections:
Engage With!
Simple practices and self-knowledge people with FASD can reflect on and work through.
Help With!
Areas of life that people with FASD may look for help with and want to know more about-in one place.
An option for printing through FASD United may become available soon.
A Special Thank You to the FASD Self-Advocate Review Committee!
The guide was reviewed by a committee FASD self-advocates who are listed below. They contributed important points of view to ensure this resource is rooted in living experience and relevant FASD information.
The self-advocate review team met every other week online and submitted a review form so edits could be made by project leader: Casidee Gonzales, a sibling of individuals with FASD. Each member of the committee was compensated for their time and insight.
*Some photos have been changed to a movie/tv character to respect the privacy of individuals on the committee.
