Kimberly Porter

Kimberly Porter is a nonprofit board leader and strategic advisor committed to improving outcomes for individuals and families impacted by complex health and social needs. She served for more than a decade on the board of the Gift of Adoption Fund Carolinas Chapter, where she supported program expansion, fundraising, and strategic planning to increase access to adoption grants for families and children in need.

Kimberly brings more than 25 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and national nonprofit organizations on strategy, operations, and organizational transformation. As Founder of Apogee Advisors, Inc., she advises executive leaders on scaling impact and strengthening organizational effectiveness. She previously held consulting roles with Accenture and North Highland, leading large-scale international and domestic transformation initiatives across sectors.

She is actively engaged in community service through organizations such as Samaritan’s Purse, Habitat for Humanity, and her church. Kimberly is dedicated to advancing advocacy, awareness, and systems of care for individuals and families impacted by FASD.
