What to Know About Your Presentation
Sunday, April 19 | 5:10-6:30PM
Although posters will be displayed throughout the main conference, this dedicated poster session is the primary time for delegates to engage directly with you and your work in an informal, interactive setting. During this session, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your work, answer questions, and exchange ideas with delegates who have selected your poster to explore in more depth. Please have at least one representative of your poster standing by your poster for this time.
Hors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages will be available, creating space for conversation and connection with attendees from across disciplines and regions.
All poster abstracts should be attached to this day on the interactive program and delegates are encouraged to review and bookmark posters of interest in advance. If you don’t see your poster here, please let us know.
Please see below for required forms and key deadlines. If you are presenting in more than one session, please review the underlined items carefully to avoid submitting duplicate information.
