“From lived experience, I have developed compassion for parents seeking answers in systems of care that are not FASD-informed. I am delighted to join the Board to help FASD United improve lives by changing our systems of care on a Federal and state level.”

Constance Mazelsky co-founded FASD Maine in 2019. She continues to work with Maine’s Congressional delegation in support of the FASD Respect Act.  Her professional career was in high-tech marketing and international business with an emphasis on media relations. Mazelsky founded her own communications company and was Vice President at one of Boston’s leading high tech PR agencies.  In additions she was responsible for marketing communications to launch a product for Hewlett-Packard in Europe.

Constance was raised in Alexandria, Virginia and she holds an A.B. degree from Bryn Mawr College.
